Junior Accounting Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Accounting Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements
  • Execute and manage spreadsheets and accounting reports, performing expense classification and trial balances
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable write-offs in the tax module of the system, according to supporting documents provided by clients
  • Record, classify, reclassify, provision, and reverse accounting entries in the balance sheet areas assigned by the Senior/Supervisor
  • Analyze asset accounts
  • Process receipt write-offs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel)
