Overview

This role is instrumental in supporting the litigation function within a prestigious New York-based law firm.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings, providing administrative support to solicitors and assisting with case management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to solicitors and other legal professionals
  • Assisting with case management, including preparing court documents and communicating with clients
  • Conducting research and gathering information to support legal cases
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and external parties as required
