An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Global Team Management strategy team.

Main Responsibilities- Execute on global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
- Manage end-to-end projects, identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation.
- Develop data-driven recommendations by analyzing large data sets.
- Solve complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Design and improve processes for operations at scale.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to drive high-impact improvements.
- Support strategic goal setting and performance management.
- Maintain existing processes, workflows, and organizational tools.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a fast growth startup, BizOps role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- A strong track record of achievement, including success in a top-tier company, delivering quantifiable business impact, and quickly assuming responsibilities or winning competitive awards.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data to support operational insights and decision-making.
