**Workshop Operations Manager Job Description**


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage workshop operations, encompassing all aspects including personnel management and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • Supervise a team of Service Engineers and Service Technicians.
  • Implement the Service strategy and foster Service growth by ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service offerings, solutions, and projects for customers.
  • Drive service performance through meticulous planning and effective resource allocation, adhering to standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.

**Accountabilities:**

  • Responsible for timely delivery and quality of jobs.
  • Responsible for continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinating between service coordination and service engineers.
  • Responsible for the availability of resources, short and long-term.
  • Ensuring skill level of workforce by adequate training plan.
  • Managing and supervising the work of the subcontractors.


**Qualifications and Skills Required:**

  • 5 years of experience in a similar business field, working in a mechanical production environment.
  • Engineering degree, Bachelor level, in Mechanical or Productions desired.
  • Good personal contract and team player with some international exposure.
  • Possess Leadership capabilities with sound managerial and team leadership experience.
  • Intermediate in English language, with good written and oral communication skills.
