Chief Financial Performance Advisor

Seeking a strategic Financial Insight Expert.

The ideal candidate will analyze financial performance, drive business growth, and provide critical insights through accurate accounting, financial planning, and analytics.

Main Responsibilities include:
• Monitor customer accounts for outstanding debts and ensure timely payments to vendors, along with daily cash positions and bank balance reconciliations.
• Assist in weekly reports, month-end closing activities, annual budgets, forecasts, and audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.
• Prepare and send service invoices, statements, and collection notices, and post journal entries for monthly-end close processes.
• Generate, analyze, and reconcile AR reports, trends, and KPIs for internal reporting and accurate recording of transactions.
• Work closely with third parties for vendor invoices and communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and follow up on payment status.
• Manage electronic funds transfers, wires, and high-volume intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in daily finance routines (AP/AR/Treasury) and accounting (journals, general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reports).
• Professional-level communication in both English and Portuguese.
• Experience supporting month-end closure, annual, and monthly budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ERP systems (financial-accounting module), preferably Ti9.
• Excellent analytical skills, organization, initiative, confidence, and ability to drive process simplification.
• Hands-on attitude, commitment, organization, and ability to manage multiple challenging tasks while developing collaborative business relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an understanding of risk management and compliance.
