Transformative Role in Diversity and Inclusion

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, driving a culture of inclusivity and wellbeing across our global network.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Diversity and Inclusion, encompassing employee wellbeing, disability initiatives, and affinity groups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, ensuring a culture of psychological safety and respect.
  • Lead the development of policies and standards to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with our organization's mission and values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners, to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Diversity and Inclusion, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in Diversity and Inclusion, with a proven track record of implementing successful initiatives.
  • Experience in leading and managing D&I projects, designing and delivering training programs, and providing advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of global D&I initiatives, including holistic wellbeing and disability initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for positively impacting the lives and livelihoods of those most in need.
