Job Title: Financial Operations Associate

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized financial operations associate to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting accounting functions to ensure smooth financial operations. This includes preparing financial statements, reconciling key accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing day-to-day client communications, responding to questions and information requests.
  • Assisting in optimizing accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Reconciling key accounts, including bank statements, to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Maintaining documentation and records for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
Work Schedule:

The associate's schedule would be typically 9AM - 6PM EST, with flexibility to shift that window an hour either way.
