Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment tracking.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
  • Prepare and process journal entries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and assist in data entry for financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely filing of documents.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance or a similar field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient level of English.
  • Accounting student (intermediate).
