Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting corporate initiatives and maintaining strong financial and accounting controls. The position reports to the Corporate Functions Finance Manager for FP&A and control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand corporate function forecasting, accounting, and planning to standardize and optimize processes.
  • Support process improvements to drive enterprise growth by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to finance and leadership.
  • Analyze monthly financial results; research, explain variances, execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and tracking G&A spend to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls.
  • Support the global function's annual planning and improve reporting for operating expenses and capital expenditures.
  • Track cross-functional financial metrics and deliver key monthly reports to internal partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
  • Experience with SAP, EPM, Excel, and large datasets.
  • Ability to drive change and standardize processes.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong financial acumen, with a background in US GAAP accounting.
  • Strong systems, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to develop financial models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and stakeholders.
  • Potential for growth beyond the current role.
