IT Governance Coordinator Job

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in IT governance, financial planning, and budget management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of IT financial planning with corporate goals and overseeing the monitoring and control of the IT budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT Financial Planning: Ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.

• Monitor and Control IT Budget: Analyze variances and propose corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Serve as Focal Point for Internal and External Audits: Coordinate audit activities and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.

• Develop and Implement Internal Controls: Mitigate financial and operational risks and ensure compliance with industry best practices and company needs.

• Support Information Security Team: Define policies and track risk indicators to ensure information security standards are met.

• Ensure Compliance: Verify that all policies comply with IT governance regulations and legal requirements.

• Promote Governance Culture: Encourage a culture of governance, risk, and compliance within the IT department.

Requisitos:

Knowledge:

Corporate Finance: Budget planning, cost control, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, forecasting, and financial KPIs. Compliance & Internal Controls: Familiarity with SOX, LGPD, corporate policies, and governance frameworks (e.g.,COBIT, ITIL). Internal Audit: Experience conducting financial and operational audits, developing action plans, and mitigating risks. Information Security: Understanding of ISO 27001, cybersecurity risk management, data protection, and access control policies. IT Fundamentals: Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software/service contracts, and vendor management.
