Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic IT Governance Specialist to ensure alignment of our IT financial planning with overall corporate goals and oversee monitoring and control of the IT budget, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT financial planning and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Monitor and control the IT budget, analyze variances, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits within the IT area, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks, promoting a culture of governance, risk, and compliance within the IT department
  • Support the Information Security team in defining policies and tracking risk indicators, ensuring that all policies comply with IT governance regulations
  • Promote internal training on IT governance and auditing to disseminate best practices, managing risks, including mapping, communication, and handling of identified risks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT governance and financial planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
