IT Governance Manager

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a seasoned IT Governance Manager. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless alignment between IT financial planning and corporate goals. Your expertise in monitoring and controlling IT budgets, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions will be instrumental in driving business success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective IT governance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead internal audits within the IT area, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic solutions
  • Serve as the focal point for IT-related risk management, developing and implementing policies to minimize threats
  • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the IT department
  • Analyze financial impacts and associated risks on strategic IT projects, ensuring informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to define policies and track risk indicators, ensuring data protection and confidentiality
Qualifications

Requirements

Knowledge:
Familiarity with industry best practices (COBIT, ITIL) and regulatory frameworks (SOX, LGPD)
Corporate finance: Budget planning, cost control, CAPEX/OPEX analysis, forecasting, and financial KPIs
Internal audit: Experience conducting financial and operational audits, developing action plans, and mitigating risks
Information security: Understanding of ISO 27001, cybersecurity risk management, data protection, and access control policies

Tools & Systems:

  • Advanced Excel (financial modeling, dashboards)
  • ERP systems (SAP)
  • IT service management
