- Monitor and expand a portfolio of subsea controls engineering, including subsea electrification solutions, automation, drones, and robotics, with peers, universities, technology centers, local companies, and all external ecosystems supporting valuable deliveries to achieve our ambitions.
- Follow-up development and qualification projects and activities within subsea controls engineering, cooperating with domain specialists and leading advisors in Brazil and Norway to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions.
- Secure development in accordance with relevant requirements and standards, collaborating with the full value chain to understand business needs, technology gaps, and opportunities.
- Contractor follow-up and collaboration with other Joint Industry Project participants/operators.
- Promote technology in Brazilian operational units and support the full portfolio, with a focus on early phase development projects.

- A Master's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automation/Software/Production Engineering or equivalent, with relevant experience in technology, research, and project development or broad industry exposure and network.
- Good communication and language skills, with strong command of English and Portuguese.
- Structured, systematic, and result-oriented professionals.
- Knowledge/experience of ANP regulations for Research and Development is a benefit.
- Good project management skills.
- Strong cooperation skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
