Job Overview

You will be responsible for shaping the future of payment methods in LATAM, defining and driving product strategy across core acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers. This key leadership role involves owning the vision and execution for Adyen's core payments products in one of our most dynamic and high-growth regions.

The successful candidate will build and develop a team of high-performing product managers, foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and measurable outcomes. They will take full ownership of the regional product portfolio, simplifying it to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Management: Define and drive product strategy across LATAM for core acquiring, local payment methods, and platform enablers.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a team of high-performing product managers and foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and measurable outcomes.
  • Product Simplification & Optimization: Streamline the regional product portfolio to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate adoption.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, engineering, partnerships, and compliance teams to bring products to market, improve performance, and solve hard problems.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years in product management, with 8+ years leading PMs.
  • Deep expertise and experience working in payments, including acquiring and local payment networks in LATAM.
  • Customer-centric and data-driven, always anchored in impact.
  • Simplify complexity and communicate with clarity.
  • Take full ownership and operate autonomously.
