We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong functional background and the ability to design and implement complex system solutions.
The Role
This Senior Business Analyst position plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing global Finance operations, with a focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C) Receivables and General Ledger processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and Design Finance Solutions: Configure and design finance solutions in Oracle EBS R12.2.13, with a focus on Receivables and O2C.
- Develop Functional Documentation: Develop and maintain functional documentation including business requirements, functional specs, technical specs, and test plans.
- Lead System Enhancements: Lead the design, testing, and deployment of new business functionality and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- 10+ Years Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance operations, with a focus on O2C and Receivables.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS: Proficiency in Oracle EBS and related data tools.
