Job Opportunity: Architect Expertise

The Architect plays a key role in the organization, serving as a customer-facing technical point of contact who guides and oversees technical aspects during solution, transition, and delivery phases.

This role involves providing services delivery expertise to ensure a correct solution leading to a smooth transition of systems and processes, aligning with architecture principles.

The successful candidate will work remotely but must be available to visit clients when needed. Flexible working hours are Monday – Friday, with occasional after-hours to accommodate customers' maintenance windows and go-lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of solution, transition, and delivery strategies.
  • Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges.
  • Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure implementation of solutions aligns with overall strategy.
  • Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architecture principles and best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in system architecture and design.
  • Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing service level agreements, LLD HLDs.
  • Scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with related technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's/University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Architect, Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies.
  • Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN), and/or other cloud-based technologies.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
