About the Role

Peachtree Networks is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the testing and repair of telecom equipment in our labs and other managed services. As a key member of our Service Delivery Project Management Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans for the testing and repair of telecom equipment in our labs and other managed services.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including technicians, engineers, and support staff.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting quality standards.
  • Support the Product Management Team as a technical guide in client proposal meetings.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of equipment testing and repair.
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Product Management to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, considering workload, skills, and project requirements.
  • Proactively address issues to prevent delays or disruptions in project timelines.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery projects.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.)
  • Proven experience in project management (at least 2 years), preferably in telecom equipment testing and repair
  • Have 1 year of experience in delivering services to customers
  • Proven experience in creating and setting up Project boards and Trackers
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - English is a requirement
  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards and equipment

Peachtree Networks offers a competitive salary of R$9,000.00 per month.
