We are seeking a highly skilled Market Intelligence Specialist to join our team, focusing on delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform product development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis roles, with a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Additionally, they will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, and have strong English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources into a unified business intelligence visual.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visual reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Develop performance tracking reports for key KPIs across countries and AC product lines.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews with data-backed recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis roles.
- HVAC experience is required, with LATAM roles considered an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and relationship building skills.
- Creativity and proactivity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce.
- Advanced English language skills, with Spanish language skills considered an advantage.
