Job Description

As a Senior Designer, you will play a vital role in leading creative projects and delivering polished work that balances brand and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and provide strategic guidance on design initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing digital assets that support a range of client marketing initiatives, creating design systems based on client brand guidelines, and communicating directly with clients to present designs and lead workshopping sessions.

Our ideal candidate is a highly creative individual who excels at execution, possesses excellent communication skills, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. They must also be self-motivated, proactive, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for detail-oriented deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design digital assets that support client marketing initiatives
  • Create design systems based on client brand guidelines
  • Communicate directly with clients to present designs and lead workshopping sessions
RequirementsHard Skills:
  • 3+ years of proven design work experience
  • Digital portfolio demonstrating strong branding & identity, visual design, marketing design, and/or web design
  • Proven understanding of design principles including layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fluency in English
