Job Description

The Digital Merchandising Analyst - Marketplaces plays a pivotal role in defining the merchandising strategy, ensuring the correct product mix selection and supply volume for both owned stock and Fulfillment stock across various channels in Brazil. This position drives the end-to-end product registration process, guaranteeing product visibility across channels, aligning with commercial guidelines, and enhancing the consumer experience.

This key role collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the merchandising strategy for 3P and 1P channels, ensuring optimal product mix and volumes. Additionally, it supports digital purchasing and manages product restocking, including fulfillment inventory. The role also monitors product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance sales and turnover.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketplace platforms, fashion brands, and e-commerce operations. They will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define merchandising strategy for 3P and 1P channels (mix & volumes)
  • Support digital purchasing and manage product restocking
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Own product registration, including photos, descriptions, categorization, sell-in & sell-out
  • Support 1P clients through promotions, pricing, customer service, and reporting
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in fashion e-commerce or marketplaces with fashion category and fashion brands
  • Strong understanding of office suite, Power BI, LINX e-Millennium ERPs, and marketplace platforms
