SRE / Engenheiro de Cloud é responsável por garantir a disponibilidade e o desempenho das plataformas em nuvem. Sua principal missão é detectar problemas antes que eles ocorram e resolver incidentes rapidamente.

">

O engenheiro de cloud trabalhará em estreita colaboração com a equipe de desenvolvimento para garantir que as aplicações sejam eficientes, escaláveis e seguras.

">

Especializam-se em Observabilidade, FinOps, plataforma Engineering e Segurança de Aplicativos (AppSec).

">

Você será peça-chave em projetos complexos liderando iniciativas técnicas orientando clientes e apoiando a evolução de práticas modernas de SRE e Plataforma Engineering.

">

Responsabilidades

">

Liderar projetos de arquitetura automação e operação de plataformas em nuvem.

">

Definir e implementar práticas de SRE: SLIs, SLOs, automação de incidentes, Chaos Engineering.

">

Apoiar arquiteturas de observabilidade de missão crítica (monitoramento distribuído, tracing, alertas inteligentes).

">

Implementar práticas de FinOps em escala garantindo eficiência financeira de ambientes complexos.

">

Conduzir revisões técnicas de segurança em cloud e AppSec.

">

Definir padrões e boas práticas de infraestrutura como código CI/CD e Kubernetes.

">

Atuar como referência técnica para clientes e colegas de time apoiando decisões arquiteturais.

">

Participar de reuniões estratégicas com stakeholders de alto nível em clientes enterprise.

">

Requisitos

">

Experiência sólida em engenharia de cloud SRE Platform Engineering.

">

Domínio de pelo menos uma das grandes clouds AWS GCP Azure.

">

Proficiência em Kubernetes Terraform e automação avançada.

">

Experiência com observabilidade enterprise Datadog New Relic Instana Chronosphere etc.

">

Forte background em CI/CD automação de pipelines e práticas DevOps.

">

Conhecimentos em FinOps e otimização de ambientes multicloud.

">

Capacidade de utilizar ferramentas open source criar soluções gerenciadas para clientes.

">

Habilidade de liderança técnica orientação de time e atuação consultiva em clientes enterprise.

">

Diferenciais

">

Certificações avançadas em cloud ou Kubernetes CKA CKAD AWS Pro etc.

">

Experiência em projetos de alta criticidade grandes volumes de transações ambientes financeiros ecommerce etc.

">

Conhecimento em resiliência performance tuning e segurança avançada.

">

Experiência prática em Performance Engineering testes de carga análise de gargalos tuning de aplicações e capacity planning.

">

Habilidade em programação especialmente em Go Golang e/ou Python para automação integrações e desenvolvimento de ferramentas internas.
