Immunology Researcher Opportunity

  • This position involves working on a project that aims to investigate the impact of stress-derived neuromodulators on immune cell homeostasis in tissues.

The selected candidate will work under the supervision of Dr. Julie Ribot and contribute to the research activities at Neuroimmunology & Oncoimmunology of iMM.

The position is for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of renewal, and includes a monthly stipend of €990.98, as well as personal accident insurance and the right to Social Security through Voluntary Social Insurance regimen.

Applicants must hold a BSc degree in immunology, neurosciences or related areas, and have expertise in animal experimentation, molecular biology and flow cytometry.

About the Project:

  • The project aims to identify associated molecular mechanisms through in vivo and in vitro gain or loss of function.
  • It also involves analyzing the stress-induced behavior from mice genetically modified for the expression of specific target candidates.

Fellowship Conditions:

  • The fellowship contract is predicted to start in November 2024.
  • The duration of the contract is 12 months, with the possibility of renewal.
  • The fellow will receive a monthly stipend of €990.98.
