As a Field Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve outstanding results in the field. You'll develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with customers, and foster a culture of excellence within your team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Craft and oversee a strategic plan that achieves significant sales growth within your region.
- Execute business plans, manage promotions, and hit Net Revenue and KPI targets.
- Lead the Field Sales or Territory Managers team, securing optimal retail territory coverage for top-tier execution of sales activities and training.
- Recruit and nurture your team, providing ongoing coaching and development, to excel in their roles.
- Ensure superb execution and compliance with store layouts, product placement, and promotional activities.
