Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing our talent acquisition strategy ensuring the recruitment process efficiency and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs and objectives;
  • Collaborating closely with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent requirements;
  • Promoting our employer brand to attract top talent;
  • E nsuring adherence to relevant employment laws regulations and internal policies throughout the selection process and talent acquisition programs;
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices;
  • Maintaining data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and responsible for people-related HR documentation;
  • Demonstrating independence and resilience in navigating complex recruitment challenges ensuring a resilient approach in all aspects of talent acquisition management.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience preferably in IT or global companies;
  • Educational background in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field;
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including high-complexity positions technical and non-technical roles;
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels;
  • Proficient user of both written and spoken English;
  • Excellent organizational skills.
