You will be responsible for executing a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs and objectives.

  • Execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their talent requirements.
  • Promote our employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the selection process and talent acquisition programs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and are responsible for people-related HR documentation.
  • Demonstrate independence and resilience in navigating complex recruitment challenges.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience (IT company or global company).
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-complexity positions (technical and non-technical roles).
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
