Technical Support Professional for Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support professional to join our team in Lisbon.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language, as well as hands-on expertise with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Additionally, they should possess excellent English language skills (B2 level or higher) and be willing to relocate to Portugal.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) with Java or another object-oriented programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- English level B2 or higher (ability to read, write, and communicate technical concepts).
- Willingness to move to Portugal.
Nice to Have:
- Cloud certifications (AWS Certified, Azure Fundamentals, GCP Associate, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
