North America Content Production Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Content Producer to join our team in North America. As a key member of our content production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of high-quality content across various formats and channels.
This role requires a strong understanding of content production methods, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. You will work closely with our creative teams, marketing departments, and external partners to deliver engaging and effective content that meets our brand's objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing high-quality content, experience working with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the advertising production landscape. Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end production process for all content initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results;
- Develop and manage budgets for content productions, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet business objectives;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams and creative agencies, to understand project requirements and develop effective content strategies;
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including production companies and talent agencies, to secure top-tier talent and innovative production solutions;
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in content production;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform content strategies and drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or film/television production;
- Proven track record of producing high-quality content, preferably in an advertising or media production environment;
- Strong understanding of content production methods, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and post-production techniques;
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience using digital asset management tools and other relevant software;
- Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role.
