Job Overview

We are currently seeking a procurement specialist to support our daily purchasing tasks for direct materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Procure and manage direct materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
  • Organize and maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders and receipts.
  • Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and other departments in the procurement, development, and cost evaluation of raw materials.
  • Ensure up-to-date visibility on purchase orders in the SAP system.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, International Trade, or Business Administration.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
