Job Title: Financial Operations Director

The organization is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Director to oversee all financial activities, including accounting, financial planning, and analysis. This critical role is essential to the strategic growth and financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance the company's financial performance.
  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  6. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategies.
  9. Coordinate audits and work closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership role.
  3. Good knowledge of English and Portuguese.
  4. Understanding of the iGaming industry, including its financial dynamics, regulatory environment, and market trends is highly desirable.
  5. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.
  6. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
