Senior Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to fill this challenging role.

  • Drive requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organization.
  • Design a solution that best fits customer requirements while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
  • Prepare functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Work with the offshore technical team to build the solution and clarify their queries.
  • Train core users of the customer.
  • Manage customer user acceptance tests.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1).
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base.
  • Solid interpersonal skills to interface with coworkers and customers.
  • Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
