Digital Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product content on Amazon.
  • Design product architecture, including home pages, subpages, and categories.
  • Implement and update layouts using Amazon Store Builder.
  • Select and upload visual elements, including banners, lifestyle photos, descriptions, videos, and CTAs.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve page layouts, messages, product collections, and user experience.
  • Develop strategies and analyze performance data to drive business growth.
  • Prepare a product strategy in terms of UX, storytelling, and sales.
  • Monitor results using analytics tools.
  • Optimize product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in eRetail, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Store Builder and analytics.
  • Experience working with Amazon in the Seller or Vendor model.
  • Practical knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles.
  • Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers.
  • Knowledge of PIM tools, such as Salsify.
  • Good analytical and project management skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers and tools like Helium 10/Jungle Scout.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas.
  • Advanced English Level (C1+).
