Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and fulfill customer orders daily across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels across ecommerce platforms and internal systems, ensuring availability and timely replenishment.
  • Communicate stock level updates and critical inventory issues to internal teams proactively.
  • Coordinate product replenishment processes in partnership with supply chain and fulfillment teams.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on various marketplaces, ensuring they are keyword-rich, visually compelling, and aligned with brand voice.
Marketplace and Website Management

We require an individual who can effectively manage our online presence, ensuring that our product listings are healthy and compliant with platform guidelines.

Platform Integrations and Reporting
  • Owning data integrity across multiple integrations, including Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, ShipStation, NetSuite, Google, and Meta.
  • Generating regular reports on sales, inventory, ad performance, and traffic trends.
NetSuite Operations
  • Creating and managing Transfer Orders, Purchase Orders (POs), and New Item Assemblies in NetSuite.
  • Maintaining accurate product data, inventory, and pricing.
Customer Experience and Campaign Support
  • Monitoring order issues and returns, and responding professionally to customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • 1+ year experience in ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, or inventory coordination.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
  • Understanding of SEO and listing optimization.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
