Job Title: Facilities Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Nextracker Brasil Ltda. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage contracts with service providers and oversee maintenance, cleaning, reception, and property security teams.
  2. Monitor and optimize costs related to facilities operations without compromising functionality and comfort.
  3. Track purchase orders and invoices related to installations and ensure timely release of PRs, agreements, contracts, and closings.
  4. Implement building improvement projects and safety measures, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
  5. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legislation standards in force in the country.
  6. Develop and implement processes and procedures for the facilities department and assist in continuous improvement programs.

Requirements:

Completed Higher Education in Civil Engineering or related areas, Advanced English, and minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management.
