Product Security Investigator Job

This job is for a skilled Product Security Investigator to conduct in-depth analysis of brand protection issues. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain accurate investigative records and coordinate enforcement efforts with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into counterfeiting, diversion, and tampering of consumer health goods.
  • Monitor and analyze online marketplaces, social media, and other open-source intelligence to identify potential violations of brand rights and IP.
  • Set and deliver against structured action and collection plans for each investigation.
  • Review, assess and obtain alignment from the Regional Leader on Vendor investigative plans and estimated budgets.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience in Product Security Investigations or closely related discipline.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Criminology, logistics) or equivalent through experience.
  • Professional working English level.
  • Experience in consumer goods, personal care, healthcare, e-commerce, or brand protection industry or law enforcement.
