Analista de Gestão de Receita e Preços
A função de Revenue Management é crucial para promover o aumento dos preços e auxiliar nas vendas, utilizando a estratégia de preços adequada em toda a nossa gama de serviços.

As principais responsabilidades incluem apoiar o crescimento da receita global da empresa, aplicando conhecimentos para maximizar o desempenho das contas significativas durante o processo de renovação.

Este papel é focado em oportunidades estratégicas de contas importantes, em fase de renovação, visando garantir as melhores tarifas por serviço, além de avaliar a viabilidade de ofertas de up selling e cross-selling.


Atividades Principais:
  • Promover o aumento dos preços nas contas mais relevantes;
  • Identificar e implementar oportunidades de crescimento durante o processo de renovação através de estratégias de preços (cross-selling e up-selling);
  • Elaborar relatórios sobre o desempenho do crescimento dos preços de renovação e orientar a equipe de vendas para alcançar os resultados desejados;
  • Gerenciar o programa de renovação de contas significativas, expandindo sua implementação para novas regiões;
  • Desenvolver relacionamentos com as equipes de vendas para otimizar o desempenho das renovações;
  • Acompanhar o desempenho das contas e relatar os resultados;
  • Colaborar com as equipes comerciais para garantir adesão e maximizar os resultados.

Requisitos:
Formação superior completa; Experiência sólida em finanças e atendimento a clientes de alto nível; Fluência em inglês (obrigatório) e conhecimentos básicos de espanhol são desejáveis; Habilidades de comunicação, resolução de problemas, construção de relacionamentos e proatividade são essenciais.
