Key Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in the Metals and Mining Industry with a focus on project management and delivery.
- Collaborate with the global Metals and Mining Team to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies.
- Participate in consulting engagements focused on business assessment and implementation.
- Maintain and expand relationships with senior client executives as a trusted advisor.
- Develop new business opportunities through internal and external industry networks.

Requirements:
- Experience working in management consulting or hands-on experience in the Metals and Mining industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability.
- More than 4 years of experience delivering growth and key services in transforming companies in the Metals and Mining Industry.
- Strong communication skills at a manager level, driving business development, solution development, and high-quality service delivery.
- Proven experience managing, leading, and developing teams.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, result-focused, and adept at thriving in fast-paced environments.
Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields.
- More than 4 years of professional experience in management consulting.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude in collaborative environments.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Spanish language is a plus.
