Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis and process improvement. You will be responsible for providing technical support for issues affecting statistics and driving process improvement.

In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the Quality Department and other departments and plants within the organization. You will establish schedules and ensure that regular capability studies are conducted on critical equipment.

You will also establish schedules and ensure that regular Gage R&Rs are performed on inspection, test, assembly staff. Additionally, you will support Lean activities through design and analysis of experiments and through validation of data from process improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or in Mathematics/Statistics
  • 3 years experience in electronics manufacturing in a quality or manufacturing engineering
  • Master degree Mathematics/Statistics and Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
