We're seeking an Information Security Specialist to lead our efforts in protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Overview
  • Develop and implement comprehensive information security and risk management strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all information security-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general IT concepts, security solutions, and Cloud environments.

Familiarity with security frameworks and standards, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001, is essential.

  • Establish and maintain country-specific information security policies and procedures.
  • Define and implement local security controls aligned with corporate standards.
  • Identify training needs and develop customized security training programs.
  • Participate in investigations related to information security incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate on business continuity and disaster recovery planning.

This role requires regular presence at our Sao Paulo offices and involves hybrid work arrangements.
