Key Responsibilities
  • We develop and mature global trust and safety capacity allocation models.
  • We deliver regular capacity forecasts and analyze data to optimize deployment scenarios.
  • We design and implement capacity monitoring and reporting tools in collaboration with platform PM and developer teams.
  • We improve capacity forecast models with data analytics expertise.
  • We develop quality and efficiency metrics to inform data-driven recommendations.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to day-to-day challenges and prioritizing tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for managing your own workload, seeking support when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Quantitative Field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in business/financial/data analysis, market research, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Mandatory Advanced/Fluent English level.
