We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business partnerships and growth.

Responsibilities- Negotiate partnership agreements with restaurants through efficient scheduling and in-person visits.
- Help partner restaurants set up online delivery stores on the platform and provide training for managing their online business operations.
- Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assisting merchants in increasing turnover and achieving win-win cooperation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with departments to resolve daily inquiries.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages, basic English reading and writing skills required, along with proficiency in using office software.
- Strong business negotiation and market development skills, understanding customer needs and driving business partnerships.
- Honesty, integrity, excellent communication, execution, and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and an altruistic mindset.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or merchant services, especially as an Account Manager or Business Development professional in e-commerce or food delivery platforms.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
