At our organization, we're seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to fill a dynamic role in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with management and leadership, encompassing communication, staff direction, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources administration principles and practices
  • Maintaining high-level business relationships with management and leadership
  • Cultivating a collaborative work environment
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees through complex issues
  • Managing shifting priorities while remaining composed
  • Collaborating with Accounting for HR systems data entry and payroll procedures
  • Conducting thorough interviews and recruiting new staff members
  • Ensuring accuracy regarding HR master data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources
  • In-depth understanding of HR operations processes
  • Broad knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to respond to changing demands and priorities effectively
  • Experience working in an international setting and with diverse cultures
  • IT affinity and understanding of interconnections in relation to digitalization of HR processes
