Business Intelligence Lead Analyst
Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Lead Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.
- Analyze complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques such as ANOVA and regression.
- Develop actionable insights from large datasets to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Experience designing compelling data stories on presentation tools such as PowerPoint.
- Formal training in quantitative fields is preferred.
