Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineer to lead our Environmental Control Systems (ECS) team. As an ECS Senior Analysis & Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of ECS sub-systems and components.

Your primary focus will be on the analysis and validation of system requirements, specifications, and performance metrics. You will also work closely with suppliers to optimize integration and meet program goals.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide guidance and support to junior engineers, mentoring them in their roles and responsibilities.

  • Knowledgeable of business operations and policies
  • Understanding of how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks
  • Able to apply information in a way that contributes to the organization's strategic plan and bottom line

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field
  • Experience with system analysis tools (e.g., FloMaster, Matlab/Simulink/Simscape, AMESim)
  • Design tools based three-dimensional CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, 3DX)
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics tools (e.g., Ansys Fluent, CFX, CFD++)
  • Solid communication skills, including advanced English language proficiency
