Job Title: Technical Solutions Architect

We're seeking a skilled technical solutions architect to join our team. As a key member of our presales team, you'll be responsible for delivering product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the business value and technical benefits of our API security solution.

Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with customer technical staff, earning their trust through deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise. You'll also work closely with account executives to align technical requirements and solutions with customer business drivers.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 5 years of experience in presales, selling security solutions. You should have a solid understanding of APIs, API Gateways, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Load Balancers, and other technologies is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations illustrating how our API security solution addresses critical business issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with customer technical staff, earning trust through deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise.
  • Deliver 'proof-of-value' engagements demonstrating business value and technical benefits.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to align technical requirements and solutions with customer business drivers.
  • Coordinate and deliver RFP/I/Q responses and technical architecture solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of Presales experience selling security solutions.
  • Understanding of APIs, API Gateways, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, Load Balancers, and other technologies.
  • Technical curiosity, including willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within your region as required.
