Key Responsibilities:
  • Define end-to-end CRM strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations using D365, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • Develop data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management.
  • Enforce architecture standards across delivery teams and guide internal and external engineering teams through execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ Years of experience working in Software Architecture.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in CRM systems.
  • Proven experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency with REST / SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional / government settings.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role.
