Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the head of engineering to develop a vision for Luzia's foundational systems and AI capabilities.
  • Align the core team efforts with business objectives, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to create innovative features around memory, inference optimization, advanced system prompts, customization, and AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Lead the prioritization and execution of tasks based on the Core/AI team's operating model.
  • Continuously analyze key metrics to optimize core systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and requirements that enhance internal processes and inform engineering development.
