### Role Overview

At MoveUp Media, we're seeking a highly skilled WordPress developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our WordPress websites, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

### Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet our clients' needs
* Ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs and services
* Collaborate with our team to implement frontend best practices for SEO and performance
* Develop and maintain high-quality WordPress code, adhering to industry standards and best practices

### Required Skills

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:

* Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
* Proficiency in object-oriented programming and SCSS
* Excellent knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem and its best practices
* Ability to develop shortcodes, widgets, Gutenberg blocks, and WP themes
