Sales Operations Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partners Sales Operations Sr. Manager to join our Partner Ops team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and sustainably growing our business.
About the RoleThe Partners Sales Operations Sr. Manager will partner with our Wishlist leadership in all regions (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to crack the most important strategic topics of our Sales Funnel. You will help to execute and scale planning processes, build a scalable portfolio management solution, and define variable compensation models.
Your Impact- Establish working relationships with Commercial leadership and other cross-functional teams
- Monitor metrics and proactively surface insights to the Partnership leadership team
- Develop data-driven decisions on topics including forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
- Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process
- Manage the CRM (Salesforce) and other commercial tools
- Develop strategies to increase relevance with our Partners
- Design our long-term data needs to build more impact-oriented OKRs
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in Sales Operations and/or management consulting. You should have advanced/fluent English skills, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions. You should also have experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses, as well as being able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.
