Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator Role

This is a challenging opportunity to join a dynamic team as a senior accounts payable coordinator. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoice processing, payment posting, and AP mailbox oversight.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing, and lead the posting of payments in the ERP system/payment processing.

  • Oversight of the AP mailbox to ensure all emails are addressed timely, regular correspondence with internal and external inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely vendor invoice and payment processing.
  • Lead the posting of payments in the ERP system/payment processing.
  • Cross-functional coordination with other Finance functions to troubleshoot issues as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, advanced Excel skills with Pivot table and VLOOKUP, and proven experience and proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems/programs.

Key Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field OR +5 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills with Pivot table and VLOOKUP.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with enterprise-level accounting systems/programs, multitasking on multiple applications.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in handling confidential information discreetly and professionally.
