About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts and driving demand generation through strategic marketing initiatives. You will also support Sales Managers in operating a successful Sales Development team and ensure vendor representatives have the necessary tools to meet quarterly goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver follow-up, qualification, and conversion of inbound and outbound leads
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to track and qualify leads
  • Drive consistent performance from Sales Development teams through ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in program management and leading technical projects
  • Experience working in Marketing, Sales, and/or Business Development
